will my skin return to it's normal state after weight lose

Hi everyone i just started ,well i started in september any I have a lot of weight to lose about 100-plus any way my qeustion is or if anyone knows will the skin around the abdomen area return to a normal state or what can i do ,i've already lost 9 pounds and it starting to hang low.I need help i have to lose alot of weight by May 2010.
