question about reaching plateau

Postby rockchick_82808 » Wed Oct 28, 2009 4:54 pm

I just started taking differant classes through out the week like yoga, dance, and foundations. In the past I have hit plateau because of doing the same routine over and over. Since theses classes are always changing and will differ in the days I take them, do u think I will have a better chance of not hitting plateau this time around? I know I'll find out as time passes but I was just curious as to what others may think. I will still throw in swimming and weight lifting on the days I don't have class just to add extra focus to the areas I want to improve on most.

Hard to say. Sometimes you just hit one, because that's how it goes. Certainly variety will help, but variations in your diet will help you avoid one too.

Hopefully if you do hit one, you will be ready for it (:
