A little help
I work 13 hr days shift work and I was wondering if I would be able to workout on days off only and still be able to make progress. I'm just not willing to waste the little time I have when I get off working out and missing out on time with wife and kids. Thats the reason why I would like to figure out a program that would fit days off. It would be much easier for me to workout on days off. Any help would be appreciated.

How many days off do you get per week?

I'm sure doing high intensity work out during your days off, followed by 'family' activities, bike riding, walks, or thing as simple as playing tag with your kids, during your work days will provide results, maybe not as fast as working out 5 times a week, but you will start to see a difference!
