Dear All!
I've been working out for nearly one year. Now I want to include HST in schedule. so I changed all schedule but I'm bit confused if I'm doing over or it's oK.
I did some research on Google and finally made a schedule. I'm not going to take rest in basic exercise but in HST.
would be glad to hear your opinions

I don't see much wrong with that, but I think you could switch the Declines for Inclines on the Bench Presses.
You could also switch the Bicep stuff, so perhaps look at things like E-Z Bar Curls, followed by Hammers. You can do the Hammers on lying an incline bench and work both arms in tandem, no alternating.

I couldn't reply, It's been a long time being back here, because I was having very busy months, also I couldn't follow the schedule I made. may be in future or may be not, I am competently out of shape now.
