i have not been on this site on for a while, and well now i'm in college and want to try and avoid as many expenses as i can so i would like to start doing body weight workouts.
the thing is i don't know how to go about this.
im not sure if to do a circuit, if so how many?
or go the HIIT way, 20 secs all out, 20 secs rest/slow pace
or just HIT, slow on the eccentric, fast n the concentric (i think that how it was, correct me plz), how many reps and sets
any advice, the advantages and disadvantages ...

Try this. 2 sets of 10, 30 second rest breaks. Abs 20 reps.
1. Bodyweight Squats for Quads. Could use a using a Yardbroom / Brush, for this.
2. Hamstring Curls, kneeling on a folded towel.
3. Deadlifts using a Yardbroom / Brush
4. Push-ups, Push-ups using some stairs, Wall push-ups.
5. Bent Over Barbell Rows using a Yardbroom / Brush
6. Shrugs, using a Yardbroom / Brush.
7. Reverse Curls using a Yardbroom / Brush.
8. Front Raises for Shoulders using a Yardbroom / Brush.
9. Two Handed Tricep Extensions using a Yardbroom / Brush
10. Lying on a folded towel, and doing Leg Raises for Abs.
Maybe that might work for you.

I think that there is no unique routine, every person is different so it is best that you cosult a fitness professional, you can get a consultation on gogle helpout, or in your local gym, or online personal fitness professionals at http://www.insha.pe/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, or pawhaw...

To get a superb body weight workout, you have two options. Your first is to do calisthenics such as pushups, pullups and situps - when doing them becomes too easy, you can increase your resistance by doing pushups and pullups with a backpack containing books or small weights and doing situps with books on top of your stomach. Your second option is to do isometrics by pushing your hands and feet together, pushing your hands against the rest of your body, pushing the back and front sides of your body against a wall or chair, etc.
