Insane and Intense Workout!
I just turned 36 years old and felt the need to challenge body like I never have before, and boy is it working. This workout does not entail the use of any equipment--just your body. It begins with a 10 minute warm-up of jogging in place, jumping jacks, butt kicks, front kicks, then a light stretch. Then the next 20 minutes is intense plyometric and isometric training with only a 30 second break after every 3 exercises--each set lasting 2 minutes and 15 seconds. This is not a workout for those with knee, back, or shoulder problems. I haven't sweated like this since high school. This routine is based on sports conditioning using very high intensity intervals.
