Advice please, Im too skinny!

Postby Kennerley » Sun Mar 27, 2011 4:34 pm

Heyy, im 19 years old and dont currently know my weight lol...

Im quite tall/skinny and only started working out about 3weeks ago, i had no definition
what so ever before and im happy with the results im getting just doing resistance training.
Im trying to get more mass but muscle at the same time, there is alot of help for if you are fat and wanting
to gain muscle, but not if youre skinny.

I think my biggest problem is my sholders, theres no meat there atall and i really dont like it :/
Let me know what you think, and what i can do about my body overall, Thanks

Horrible pictures of me - http://s1142.photobucket.com/albums/n60 ... =slideshow - I dont look so bad from a distance :|

Ive been following this site's workout routine - http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/workout/week1.html
and it seems to be working. i can't do the amount of reps yet so im just going to do a few more weeks resistance training till i can.
If someone could give me anywhere better than here thats free and works id appreciate it loads :)

Whats up dude. I am 22. I weighed around 155 and was 6-3 when I started working out. I got up to 215. Did not like it. Now am around 190, love it. I gained all that weight in a year.

Its nasty but this is what I ate every day. If you really want to build a shit ton of muscle really fast.

Breakfast
Protein Shake with 2 Bananas in it

Lunch
1/2 lb Meat 1 cup brown rice, 1can green beans

Post Workout
Protein Shake

Dinner
1/2 lb meat, and random other stuff

2hrs before bed i had 8 egg whites 4 yolks, hard boiled

put on 40 lbs in 2 months
also worked out every day and did 4 sets low low reps
