Musikman's New, Improved Exercise Routine (at least for now)

Monday- Full Body Workout (8 reps)

Tuesday- Rest or make-up

Wednesday- Full Body Workout (10 reps)

Thursday- Rest or make-up

Friday- Full Body Workout (12 reps)

-->REPEAT ADD WEIGHT (5-10lbs)

EXERCISES-
2 FOR CHEST- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
2 FOR SHOULDERS- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
2 FOR BACK- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
2 FOR LEGS- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
2 FOR TRICEPS- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
2 FOR BICEPS- 8-12 reps / 3 sets
1 FOR ABS- 100 reps / 1 set
1 FOR CARDIO - 20 mins / 3x a week

What do you think? Full body workout over splits? I just don't have the time as a student for splits :/
