Hello,
I am 20 years old 5'7 and weigh 67kgs
I want to bulk up
current gym workout is as follows
1st day - upper body
Bent Over db row
Machine row
Shrug
db chest press
Incline db chest press
Overhead press
Side Lateral raise
DB external rotation
2nd day cardio
15mins treadmill, cross trainer cycling
Abs
3rd day lower body
Squats
Lunges
Leg press
Leg curls
Calf raiser
Toe raiser
Leg raiser
4th day cardio same as day 2
Is this not over stressing legs and undermining upperbody?
Can i change something? help me

I would suggest splitting up the muscle groups into days by themselves. For example monday back, tuesday chest ect. It all depends how much time you have to give to your training. I personally don't believe in training for over an hour. Ever since I made that switch I gained more size than ever before.
Your eating is the most important. You can train as hard and as often as you want but if you eat garbage you will look like garbage. Eat enough and clean and your size will come. Let me know if you want me to look over anything you have right now besides what you posted. Message me!
