routine advice.
I have been on a full body routine three days a week and a four day upper lower split for some time now. switching it up every few months. it has worked well so far but i was wondering what advice someone would give for a three day split kind of routine. Like Monday: chest tri's Wednesday: shoulders legs Thursday Back bi's. three to five sets for each group. I dont know, just looking to change it up, let me know what you think. Thanks.
