Hey guys just curious to see who on here was into the more elite fitness training. I am currently making the switch from traditional weight lifting over to crossfit/underground strength training. I love it! biggest concerns with crossfit was that I would lose size and not be able to pack on muscle. I was wrong! If you are into this style of training let me know what you think about it!
