hey, im 20years old, about 13stone from the uk and have started gym a week ago.
i aim to go every monday, wednesday and friday, aiming to get more toned. arms slighty bigger, bigger chest and more firm body.
can anyone give me a decent workout for the 3 days that will be best for this?

Standard starters stuff.
Train the whole body 3x a week, 2 sets per muscle group, 8-10 reps per set.
Compound stuff like Chins, Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Bent over Row etc etc, perhaps adding a few direct exercises in for the Arms and Abs, like E-Z Bar Curls, Hammer Curls, Skullcrushers, Pressdowns, Planks, Leg lifts etc.
