I am back to college, and i do commute there so i would like to reduce sometime i spend at the gym, and add some time to home. However i am filled with possibilities on how to go about this and would like ur opinion on the best option. goal is fatloss, not growth, and also all the exercises will be 4x8.
Iam thinking of removing one of the Body Circuits, so it i workout 4x week
OPTION A:......i feel like this could be too much for one day, what do u think ?
