Bodyweight Workouts That Wore You Off
I know how many variations exists and I understand how the muscular system works, but I find it difficult to collaborate exercises into a workout program. I hate gym. I want strength and power, all by bodyweight workouts only. Any help please ?

Also, I don't even like free weights because they are unavailable everywhere and hence, a routine is very hard to plan for every day or every alternate day. Only body weight (Calisthenics)
