15 years ago I was doing alot of sports, now I'm a coutch patato with 5'11, 180lbs et my abs are under 39 inchs of love handle...but all of this will change, this summer I will remove my T-shirt and show those abs at the beach.
I start training more seriously 4 weeks ago, doing regular session of musculation 3-4 per week. I bought a french book called Méthode Lafay, and I'm trying to do those exercise.
But here's my Main question, I want to loose my belly fat, and built some muscle, but the things is I was 175 lbs before I started training... So now i had Cardio training, mainly using ''Your Shape : Fitness Evolved 2012'' with my xbox Kinect on the morning.
IF my main goal is loosing belly fat,and gaining muscle, is doing cardio in the morning (Mon-Wed-Fri) and musculation (mon-Wed-Fri) after noon will slow down my progress? ... will I've been in a overtrain process? ... What's the best of the best shedule in that type of situation? How much time should take me to see real results?
