Hey,I am new here too. Right now I m 64kgs and want to maintain it on 55kgs,I am extremely stressed about it. My problem is my cravings for desserts. I drink a glass or two of water before any meal,but a chocolate after every meal. I do aerobics daily for one hour,abcrunches and cycling for half an hour and jog for 45mins,still my tummy is coming out...suggest me anything to control my stomach?
