HI guys, I am new to following a routine and a regular workout schedule, so I dont really know much about how muscles build ect...
I am following a pretty simple routine, a regiment of pull ups, then running, a regiment of push ups then running and a regiment of situps and more running.
So my question is, I am currently doing this routine once in the morning around 8am, and once more at night, around 6-7pm. Is this ok? Or am I preventing my muscles from repairing in time to actually build at all?
