I am a 24 year old male and i'm looking for a strict 5 to 6 day workout weightlifting routing. My current workout is a full body workout that i do everyday, but i have only been working out for three months so i'm not that experienced. I want to gain strength, build muscle, and make me lean. I want the workout to be very specific and intense to make me fit. I'm basically looking for a physical trainers workout they would give to someone in words. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks
