What is a good 5 day workout?

I am a 24 year old male and i'm looking for a strict 5 to 6 day workout weightlifting routing. My current workout is a full body workout that i do everyday, but i have only been working out for three months so i'm not that experienced. I want to gain strength, build muscle, and make me lean. I want the workout to be very specific and intense to make me fit. I'm basically looking for a physical trainers workout they would give to someone in words. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Day 1. Legs

Day 2. Chest

Day 3. Back

Day 4. Day off

Day 5. Biceps / Triceps

Day 6. Shoulders

Day 7. Day off

I think You only need to do around 8-9 sets a week on big muscle groups and 6 on small ones, as small ones will get worked a bit with bigger ones in the week.

Stick to 2 exercies on small muscles and 3 on big ones, using an 8-10 rep range on sets.

You should be fine with something like that.
