Hi everyone! Hope you're doing great :-)

I just wanted to share the one program that has helped me the most so far:

This program has the usual good stuff such as tips for a healthy diet and a pretty fun workout routine. What it does differently is that it adds some extremely neat tweaks and tricks I haven't seen anywhere else before and that I couldn't have figured out on my own. That was the stuff that actually made me feel like I'm making progress.

I prefer to lurk but I felt like offering the one thing that has helped me the most, hoping others could benefit from it as well :3
