Help
I work out for about 2 hours 5 days a week and eat about 2000 cal per day, about 200 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs per day. what can I do to reduce hip size to smooth out core?

Well you seem to be doing a slightly disjointed workout system. There's too much cable crunching in there, as well as too much tricep stuff in one of those workouts
I would suggest doing something like this.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Deadlifts, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bench Press, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
E-Z bar curls 2 sets, 10 reps
Skullcrushers, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You would do that 3x a week every other day and see how you get on.
