I see a lot of posts on the forum about working out at home. I just wanted to share that I have been doing a lot of home workouts as my gym time has been limited by my working hours. I tried a bunch of programs like p90x, insanity, Jillian Michaels etc.

I found this new program called Rippedism which is awesome. I have been doing it for 4 weeks now and its awesome. It is a 60 day program in 3 parts so I am in my first week of part 2. Can't wait for part 3. Just wanted to share in case anyone was interested in a great at home workout. I only use adjustable dumbbells and a pullup bar. Great mix of cardio and weights. Cheers !
