Here's a good beginner at-home workout for building muscle:
https://myoleanfitness.com/a-workout...mal-equipment/
Unlike most home workouts you find on the internet, it has good total training volume, a weekly frequency of 2-3 times per muscle group, a focus on performing core lifts through full ROM, and advice on progression.
Bear in mind that you'll need a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a pull-up bar (or somewhere you can do pull-ups)

Re: Beginner at-home workout
No don't do that at home beginner, there's too much emphasis on quads over hamstrings and the plank duration is not enough to make much impact.
