A little into to who I am.
I am a 32 175lbs 5f10in most of weight is on stomach and chest unfortunately. Over the past three-four years, I’ve been going to the gym go for three months then lose interest due to no results.
This time I really want to work as hard as I can and see results I’ve been reading topics and articles and I am overwhelmed right now I want to start the gym as soon I get some help.
goals are to loose fat and gain muscle. This time I want and need results. Please help me.
