Hey guys, Ive been going to the gym for about 1.5 months now. And im looking to change my workout program.
Upper Body( 3 sets of 12 reps)- Lat Pulldown, Rows, One arm row dumbells, Pec Dec and Dips
Lower Body: ( 3 sets of 12 reps)Squat, Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Lateral Raise, Military Press, Bicep Curls and Abdominals.
Could anyone suggest another workout program?. Bear in mind, I have gradually increased the weights on each exercise and im starting to feel alot stronger.
