can you advise a routine for a 4 day week workout?

Can anyone advise a good routine for developing mass based on a 4 day week workout emphasising numbers of reps/sets per exercise. All replies gratefully received

why a 4 day plan? 3/week would be just as good but weither way check out The Waterbury Method and / or Anti Bodybuilding Program
