Breakfast: either bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, milk (Quit the Bagels, unless they were Wholemeal, but Cereal or Oatmeal would be better, if you did Fruit, leave it for 10-15 minutes before Breakfast to allow better Fruit Digestion.)
Snack: almonds, or yogurt, or vegetables (Need more Protein. I'd say have some Protein, with Veggies, then have a small portion of Almonds, as you'll get some Calcium anyway, so no need for the Yoghurt.)
Lunch: Tuna sandwich, or turkey, or peanut butter easy jelly, fruit water vegs (Go for Turkey and Veg, and Fruit Water. Cuts down on Mercury risk from Tuna.)
Snack: same choices as other (Same response as other.)
dinner: mostly whatever my mom cooks, eat reasonable proportions lots of vegs (Fine.)
im taking no- xplode (going back to superpump 250), finishing my tub of cell -tech, and protien and glutamine which i am sticking with
(Celltech is expensive pish, and I'm not overly anamoured with NO-Creatine mixes, they're alright, but good Protein intake will increase Nitric Oxide because of the Arginine, you could just take some Arginine before workouts, or maybe some BCAA before as well as after, if you really need some good Vasodilation of Blood Pathways, and I don't think you'd really need that. Glutamine would be very good to stick to.
You should get good Bloodflow anyways, without needing any Arginine, Whey, or NO products pre-workout.
Plus Celltech and No Explode i soverkill on Creatine, so Celltech should go immediately.
