definately, it's probaby a more conscious effort on food and rest that's giving you the results anyway, not the actual program your doing as some of the exercises wouldn't add muscle to a flat out beginner

Yeah I understand. Do you think I will be okay if I just start on tuesday instead of monday?

Because I am out of town this sun and mon and so I can't start until tues.

I would just do this instead:

Tues: Lift
Wed: Off
Thu: Lift
Fri: Off
Sat: Lift
Sun: Off
Mon: Off

if you wanna start back on a monday then train tue/thu/sat then next monday and go as written, it won't really matter but take the sunday off at least

I think I will actually start on Tuesdays because I always seem to have a case of the mondays.
