But seriously, I know there is a lot of info out there and you can rack your brains out trying to figure out what will work best for you, but sometimes it's best to just start rolling. You've got some solid programs to choose from, pick one and see how it goes.

any program will work if compliance is high...more importantly what will you be eating?

10 x 3 works well but you can't add any extra lifting sessions in so it may be too little gym work for you

the other won't load for my internet is shit at the moment.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................got it now

that one looks like a good way to lose strength, there's no heavy lfting in it...also you're diet needs to 10000% as it's only 3 weeks

My chest will be able to be worked August 11 that's why I haven't chosen one.
