30 min treadmill: 300 cals- speed 8 (Mond and Friday)
30 min stationary bike: 300 cals- res 6--> 8 as i go (Tue,Wed,Fri)
15 min hand pedal: 100 cals- resistance 6
Monday, Wed, Fri
30-40 push ups
bench press(each weight is 40lbs): 3 sets of 8
50 sit ups
lat bench press 120lbs: 3 sets of 8
15 dips
free motion cable cross overs: 3 sets of 8
You should really look into high intensity interval training for the cardio. It takes half the time and has longer lasting benefits than 30 mins of cardio. It is very challenging.
Please remember that the calorie counters on all machines are only so accurate and should not be taken as correct but a marginal guideline. The more often you do the same cardio, the less calories your body will actually burn doing it. Your body strives for efficiency.
