WATERBURY METHOD

Been doing it for a week. If there are any doubters, STOP. Its the Sh#@.
If you load right and lift heavy, you get a great work out. Best part is the recovery time is quick. On off (cardio) days body is craving to get back in the gym. Your gym time is reduced. Im still figuring out loads. Some were too light, some too heavy.

yeah i know bro! today was first day and i felt like i worked the hell out the muscles...never felt like that b4 jeje....yeah i also got to find the loads as wells...but i hope it works out like today 8)
