Hybrid Hypertrophy

Im thinking about doing Waterbury's Hybrid Hypertrophy routine. Anyone tried it? Good? Bad? Results?

i haven't tried it but i think it would work great depending on what you've done already training wise

I did a full body circuit routine for about 3 mos just to get used to lifting. I was off for about 7-8 months with an injury. (Medically cleared). I did a body part split for about 3 months. Right now I am 1/2 way through the WM which I am liking a whole lot. plan is to do the WM, then possibly do the hybrid, then back to WM with increased loads.

sounds good..maybe rotate the exercises a little on the 2nd WM run through...keep the 10 x 3 one's but change up the others
