I did a full body circuit routine for about 3 mos just to get used to lifting. I was off for about 7-8 months with an injury. (Medically cleared). I did a body part split for about 3 months. Right now I am 1/2 way through the WM which I am liking a whole lot. plan is to do the WM, then possibly do the hybrid, then back to WM with increased loads.
