ive jotted down a rough weekly routine for myself but as u can probably see i aint very at it! so im appealing to the veterans of this site to give me a helping hand! lol! so here goes:
MON: CHEST/LEGS
4x10 decline press ups
4x8 dumbell press
4x5 squats
4x8 leg press
TUE:ARMS/BACK
4x8 dumbell curls
4x8 e-z bar curls
4x5 pull ups
4x8 pull downs
4x5 barbell rows
WED: CHEST
4x8 bench press (machine)
THU:ARMS/BACK
4x8 barbell curl
4x8 tricep curls
4x8 pull downs
4x8 standing military press
FRI:CHEST/LEGS
4x10 decline press ups
4x8 pec dec
4x5 squats
4x8 leg press
sat/ sun off.
i know ive got 5 days in a row training without a rest inbetween but would it be alright as im resting each body part for 48hrs?
i would like to incorporate deadlifts somewhere but not sure where? if anyone has any ideas wot to remove or add it would be much appreciated!

- 3 chest days??? um no good
- curls done befoe back? um no good either
- you rest the muscles yes but not the body which is more importnat so 5 in a row is not good
- go for mon - lower...wed - upper...fri - lower...sat - upper...no curls either and for every chest rep you do you must do at least 1 back rep with 2 being better
