Thanks for all the replys and the only reason i don't want to do the waterbury method is because 2 friends will be working out with me, and they don't want to do that. but we can set up the program when we find what days to workout

been reading articles by dave tate, charles poliquin, CT and CW.
dave tate is the shit! i know he was a powerlifter but i love his attitude on everything and his advices are blunt and direct to the point.

They wanna do free weights, Bench press, dumbbells, EZ Bar, and Resistance band. And on Wednesday and Sunday while I'm at hockey they run for cardio. So we just need schedule down for working out.

the waterbury method had most of those...ez bar that's not an exercise...bands???? what will you do with them?
