I have been exercising for about a year now with 3 months of multi gym included,and i havent seen much of improvement in bulk and mass gain of optimum kind like usual bodybuilders have.
Try and suggest what i can do to improve,i am giving routines below.
monday:chest,triceps
wednesday:shoulders,legs
saturday:back,biceps
For chest i do flat bench press,pec deck,seated chest press and flat rod pullovers.
For triceps i do extensions,french press,and tricep dips.
For shoulders i do shoulder press,front raise and side raises.
For legs i do leg press,leg extensions and calf raises.
For back i do lats pulldown,dumbell rows and barbell rows.
For biceps i do dumbell curl,barbell curl,cable curl and reverse barbell curls.
help related to not enough improvement in health!
