Hi guys I'm only 15 and im skinny for height Im sure, 180cm (6ft) and 55kg (121lbs), I wanted to build a better upper body (especially chest and arms), i have the follwoing weights and was wondering if u could suggest any workouts:
4 x 2.5 kg
2 x 5kg
Currently I am using all 7.5kg per dumbell and I am doing the following exercises 3-4 times a week:
3s x 10r of chest press - 1 min rest in b/w
3s x 10r of chest flys - 2 min rest in b/w
2s x 12r per arm of pullovers - 2 min rest in b/w
2s x 10r standing shoulder press - 2 min rest in b/w
2s x 12r of dumbell curls - 2 min rest in b/w
I have been doing these for 3 weeks and have gained around 2kg.

Also, if you look at a tree, what you see above the ground is only half the picture. Big roots is what makes Big branches. In other words, do not neglect your lower body because it will get you what you want for your upper body.
