i was wondering the best exercises per bodypart to build muscle and not to overtrain ...?
id like to hear what you guys have to say..

check out your body as a barbell by cosgrove and the waterbury method by chad waterbury. These will give you a good starting ground. If you don't like those....
day 1
Bridge
squats
forward lunges
chin-ups
incline DB bench
Sitting rows
Plank
Day 2
30 minutes of intervals
Day 3
Bridge
Deadlift
static lunges
chest supported DB row
Bench Press
face pulls
side plank
Day 4
30 minutes intervals
Day 5
Bridge
Leg Press
Reverse lunges
inverted rows
push ups
bent barbell rows
side bridge
Day 6
Recreational Cardio like hiking or a sport or swimming, etc.
Day 7
Rest
