Hey guys in the water bury method u use the rep and set range 3x10 right...?

well do you go to failure on each set on should you be a failure on the last rep of the last set...????

it's actually 10 sets of 3...if you go to failure on set 1 what will you do for the other 9 sets?? yes failure on the last rep of the last set if that...the point is to get all the reps

it's called backward training. you're aiming to do the same weight as your 6 rep max for all 10 sets of 3. the second week you're supposed to go up to 10x4 and the third week you're supposed to go up to 10x5. here's a link

it doesn't tell u to do 10x4 in the second week. where r u getting that from?
