Hi everyone. Newbie!! I'm turning 30 tommorow. I feel that i'm gaining to much fat. I haven't worked out for about 7 years. I need a routine. goal is to be at 175lbs of muscle. Currently i'm at 160 and i stand 5'9" .... Please help me with a routine that can help me bulk up fast. I'm aiming for summer of 2009....Thanks
