i'm going to start doing CW's Totaly Body Training and was just curious about the exercises.
would it be best to pick exercises in a weekly group? then pick new set the following week?
would it be best to pick exercises for a two week period group?
would it be best to pick different exercises for each workout day, regardless of week? if i did this, would it be ok to use an exercise on different days in consecutive weeks?
CW says not to use an exercise for more than two weeks. would that only be in the case of the set weekly exercise group?
