I finished WM then BBB. I went to vacation for one month. I want to start work out again. I will make some light exercises for one week. (Exercises like in your body is your barbell.) Then I will start new program but which program? I'm thinking about Singles Club. What do you suggest?
It says "With a 15 to 20-degree incline." for incline bench press. If I want to concantrate on upper chest shouldn't I work with higher degrees? Like 45-55.
And we don't have chest supported row machine. What can I do instead of it?
