Become more toned
Ok so I am getting back into routine of going to the gym at least 5 times a week. I am wanting to get down to 145. I am about 162 now. I am going to do it the right way with diet and exercise, but I just want some input from others on things that I can do to speed things along. I usually do some sort of cardio (running, spinning, kickboxing) then I will do weights. I am just not seeing the lean tone muscle that I want! Any suggestions :/
