im 15 years old 175 pounds and just got into weight lifting and brother made this routine for me is it good? give me a better routine if you can
DAY 1:
-pullups 3 sets of 5
-barbell extensions 3 sets of 10
-dips 3 sets of 15
-rows 3 sets of 10
-incline dumbbell press 3 sets of 15
-bench press 3 sets of 10
-exercise ball push ups 3 sets of 15
DAY 2:
-calf raises 3 sets of 15
-lying leg curls 3 sets of 10
-dumbell lounges 3 sets of 10
-deadlifts 3 sets of 10
-squats 3 sets of 10
-run
DAY 3:
-curls 3 sets of 10
-barbell wrist curls 3 sets of 10
-wrist flippers 3 sets of 10
-lying dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10
-upright deltoid rows 3 sets of 10
-barbell deltoid raises 3 sets of 10
-barbell shrugs 3 sets of 15
DAY 4:
-Run
is this a good workout routine?

What are you going for with your program? If you're trying to get better at sports specifically like most kids that lift at you're age then I wouldn't reccomend this program.
But if you're just trying to look good so you can get girls and stuff this should do alright for a while. If I had time I'd try and give you some other routines or options so you can at least mix it up.
