P90X

Post by RedSoccer26 »

Does P90X, advertised on TV infomercials, offer a solid workout?

What are the pros and cons?

Is it a suitable workout program for an athlete?

P90x is pretty good...I am a football player and I was skeptical at first cuz of the infomertials but its really good...the yoga is good too. If you are looking to gain strength and size its prob not typical for you then. In case I had to lean out so it worked out fine for me...What sport do you play...I put togeather programs for athletes and maybe I can help you out...

if a program isn't making or at least maintaining your strength, then it isn't helping your performance

i wouldn't go near this for competing athletes
