first time planning a workout

hi i am going to plan a workout for a 4 day workout week

monday - chest, legs, abs,

thursday - triceps, traps, back

saturday - chest, legs, abs

sunday - shoulders, back, triceps

any ideas people

i need help lol

full body is the way to go ollie :)

ino it is but i gwt too tired , and then cant finish sets to the max m8t

trust me full body is the way to go.why do you get tired? it only takes 45-60 mins for a full body workout as you only do one exercise per body part.

i get tired cas do like 3 or 4 exercises on each part

can u giv me a workout for a full body m8t

you dont need to do any more than one exercise per muscle per workout with full body.... thats the beauty of it. post what you do now and il see what you need to adjust.

ye but if i do like 3 sets on every muscle/exercise
will i build u p muscle
