you should eat more protein and carb. from breakfast till bed . at least 6 times. dont do cardio. work with heavy weight but less rep. work for only one muscle group each day. do heavy 5 exercise.for ex. bench press 3set 10-8-6 total 15 set. dont forget calves and leg.rep eat rice everyday with lots of egg whites and chickn breast no pain no gain. good luck

He's not very muscular either. He developed his physique by beat boy dancing. You can develop a similar body by doing resistance training 3 times week for 30 to 40 minutes. Twice a week do a sprint training workout such as: 5 minute warm-up then 20 minutes of sprint intervals and a five minute cool down. Vary the type of sprints you do each time such as 200 meter, 400 meter and 100 meter runs on different days. If you run for 20 seconds, rest for 40.

You also don't need weights you can do pulls-ups, push -ups, dips, jump squats and abdominal work. Do them in a circuit format for 30 seconds each and rest 30 seconds between exercises. Rest 2 minutes between circuits. Start with 1 circuit then add one each week until you do 5 circuits. Cut the rest between exercises until you don't rest until you complete each circuit.

Post workout drink 8-12 oz of low-fat chocolate milk, it's what the big boys in the NFL do. You can add creatine for extra effect if you like. Spread your calories out throughout the day, but don't over do it or you'll just get fat. About 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight should be right. Recommended caloric breakdown 30% protein, 30% healthy fats and 40% carbohydrates, it's what I do for my clients.
