Hi Milly. I am definitely not an expert, but I can offer some suggestions.

It sounds like you have a very busy workout week! I admire your dedication. It does seem like alot of cardio, but I could be wrong...what is a Body pump and Body Attack class? Does that involve any weight lifting? If not, then I would definitely consider replacing some of those classes with some free weights, weight lifting.
You might try on your 45 - 60 minutes walks to add some HIIT intervals in there. Maybe walk at a normal pace for 2 minutes, then for 1 minute you could either walk at a very fast pace, or try jogging, do that 3 or 4 times in your workout time. Those time indication of 2 min/1 min. are just suggestions, you could do 1 minute/ 30 secs., whatever you feel you are able to do that pushes you, but doesn't injure or overtax you.
