If you are looking for a leisurely workout, without mental effort and intensity, this is not for you. Small Group classes are limited to 5 per class. Any more and it would be impossible to give the individual attention required to master the skills taught in Chad's program. Students must be on time, dedicated, passionate, and most importantly, ready to have fun!
