I just started (for real) with this program and I have decided to go with the 4 day work out program that they offer on this site. It seems pretty well laid out, but I guess I worry that maybe it's not intense enough. I know you have to start somewhere, but I have been lifted for years and just want to get the most out of my work outs. So if any of you out there have tried these work outs and have some input on what you think, that would be very much appreciated.
