Which Routine is better?

Sunday: Weights + occasionally bodybalance
Monday: Cardio (HIIT)
Tuesday: Weights + Bodycombat
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Weights
Friday: Light Cardio/Mall-Walking/Off
Saturday: BodyAttack or HIIT

OR

Sunday: Weights + occasionally bodybalance
Monday: Cardio (HIIT)
Tuesday: Weights + Bodycombat
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off/but physically active (walking a lot)
Friday: Weights
Saturday: BodyAttack or HIIT

Currently I follow option one, but i find it hard to workout on SOME Thursday mornings/afternoons because I have a lot of meetings, things to do, and a very hectic class schedule that I actually finish at 6:30 p.m....and waking up way early tires me more during the day. If the day allowed me to workout between 1-2 p.m., I would do that. But I usually workout at 10 a.m. and "get it" out of the way, and just go ahead and do it for it.

I heard that I shouldn't have 2-consecutive off days, but my Tuesdays are pretty intense. Weights in morning and bodycombat at night...

so I don't know. Should I go back and forth between these two options according to the situation with timings?

That's my ideal and pre-uni routine, but I know if I keep weights for M/W...I'd probably skip too many days because M/W are hectic days, and almost impossible for me to have any energy left by the end of the day to carry the workout and I cannot do them early in the day, unlike on S/T/Thur....

That's why I prefer to stick and keep cardio on M/W, because if I skip 1 cardio session a week will not be as bad as skipping weights.
